Joanne is a true local and proud graduate of Walt Whitman High School, bringing a strong sense of community to our practice. She serves as the primary liaison for our patients and families, guiding them from the initial consultation through the start of treatment to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Outside the office, Joanne enjoys spending quality time with her grandson and staying active with workouts at the gym.
Jamie
Jamie is our financial coordinator and our go-to expert for all things insurance and payments, helping make the financial side of treatment simple and stress-free for our patients. She is dedicated to guiding families through their options and ensuring every question is answered with clarity and care. Outside the office, Jamie loves spending time with her family and pampering her two beloved dogs, Kobe and Harden, who she affectionately calls her other children.
Nicole
Nicole is the friendly voice and welcoming presence you’ll encounter from your very first phone call to any time you have questions about your appointments. As a proud mother of three, she understands the importance of keeping families organized and supported throughout their orthodontic journey. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys playing video games and cheering on her favorite football team, the Baltimore Ravens.
Kayla
Kayla is our longest-tenured orthodontic assistant and brings years of experience, dedication, and familiarity to our patients’ care. As a proud mother of two, she understands the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive environment for families. In her spare time, she loves cheering on her favorite football team, the New York Giants.
Cynthia
Cynthia is one of our dedicated orthodontic assistants who works closely with our team to ensure every patient has a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience. She is a proud new dog mom and loves spending her free time snowboarding whenever she can. Fun fact: Cynthia has even gone skydiving, bringing that same adventurous spirit and positive energy into the office each day.
Milan
Milan is the newest member of our orthodontic assistant team, bringing fresh energy and enthusiasm to the office each day. She is a huge fan of the arts and enjoys expressing her creativity both inside and outside of work. Milan also has immediate family from the Netherlands and proudly shares her love of mangos whenever she gets the chance.
