Dr. Fritz is a proud lifelong resident of the Rockville community and a graduate of Magruder High School. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, he received his dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, completed a Dental Medicine Residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and went on to earn his certificate in orthodontics from Albert Einstein Medical Center. Since 2000, he has been committed to delivering the highest standard of orthodontic care to patients in Rockville and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Fritz and his wife, Melissa, have called Rockville home for more than 40 years and are proud to have raised their two children there. Outside the office, he enjoys competition BBQ, golfing, and staying active as a former Ironman triathlete and marathon runner, and he shares his passion for fitness by coaching youth track for the City of Rockville. He is also deeply involved in the community, supporting Manna Food Center through charity races and fundraising efforts.
Patients quickly notice Dr. Fritz’s saltwater aquariums displayed throughout the office—just one reflection of his many interests. Often sporting jerseys during football and soccer season in support of the Green Bay Packers and Manchester United, he brings warmth, energy, and an easygoing personality that helps children and adults alike feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.
